Clair White

17th September 2024

Clair White is a healer, intuitive mother & spiritual guide, living within the beauty of the South Downs National Park with her family. Clair first began to notice the subtle signs and synchronicities that were guiding her to a new path following the pandemic in 2020. The signs were very subtle at first and were usually from the natural world. As the frequency increased, Clair followed her intuition and was guided to join a Shamanic training program in September 2020. Although confused about why she had felt such a strong pull to learn about shamanic healing arts, she trusted her instinct and embraced the teaching.

Clair’s determination and commitment to find her own way to heal was her driving force. “I remembered how to listen, to feel and trust my body again after years of feeling completely numb and disconnected. I recovered the strong belief that the body can heal naturally. Rediscovering who I am and what I am truly capable of achieving when truly challenged, really was a life turning point.”

Through Clair’s own healing & commitment to personal transformation, she found a fulfilling life purpose. Clair now offers empowering support & guides others to find their truth, leading them through the process of awakening & personal healing. Discover more at www.clairwhite.co.uk

Rob Fisher

20th September 2024

The Clipper Race is one of the biggest challenges of the natural world and an endurance test like no other. With no previous sailing experience necessary, before signing up for the intensive training programme, it’s a record-breaking 40,000 nautical mile race around the world on a 70-foot ocean racing yacht. The brainchild of Sir Robin Knox-Johnston, the first person to sail solo non-stop around the world, the first Clipper Race took place in 1996. Mother Nature does not distinguish between female and male, professional or novice. There is nowhere to hide – if Mother Nature throws down the gauntlet, you must be ready to face the same challenges as the pro racers! Join Rachael as she quizzes Rob on the lessons learned for life and business!

Chris Hill

22nd September 2024

Nourish & Glow was established 3 years ago with the intention of supporting those needing nutrition owing to food intolerances and other health conditions through the use of Raw Ceremonial Cacao. We have since added Lion’s Mane, Turkey Tail, Cordyceps, Reishi and Chaga mushroom powders along with Ceremonial Matcha.

Raw Cacao – our most popular product – is an example of the way we can help people improve their lives. The magnesium in our cacao helps our clients to get to, and stay, asleep. Good sleep is so important as it directly affects the way we live our lives.

The rest of our products have similarly useful properties that work on various aspects of our lives, from focus, to anxiety and immune support to energy.
