HurstWorks coworking hub in Hurstpierpoint has a private meeting room and event space available for small businesses and local groups to book for their meetings and events.

Our meeting spaces

We have three meeting spaces on offer at HurstWorks:

  • Ground floor private meeting room at the back of our coworking office – comfortably seats six around a large table.
  • Basement meeting and event space – comfortably holds ten for events, workshops and meetings. This event space offers a flexible layout with moveable tables and chairs.
  • Coworking space comfortably holds up to 25 people for out-of-hours events.

Our spaces are available to book during our opening hours Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, Saturday 9am-2pm or out of hours on evenings and weekends by request.

What’s included in our meeting room and event space booking?

  • Superfast, unbreakable broadband
  • Refreshments including tea, coffee, herbal tea and soft drinks
  • Toilets up and downstairs – our upstairs toilet is fully accessible
  • Printer and whiteboard
  • Monitors or screens if you need them

How much is our meeting room hire?

For standard bookings we charge £10 per person per hour.

For out-of-hours events or bespoke events, contact us to discuss your requirements, and we will agree on the cost of the whole session.

We’re very happy to accept regular or block bookings.

What type of event can we host at HurstWorks?

Since we opened in the summer of 2024, we’ve hosted a variety of events including team meetings, networking events, artist open houses, author evenings, mindfulness workshops, and even a wreath-making workshop! Whatever your event or requirement, we’re sure we can accommodate you.
